Overview

Function

This page allows you to view the basic information and heath status of switch modules. Basic information includes the device model, work relation, and stack status. The health status includes the CPU usage and threshold, memory usage and threshold, and available and used flash memory.

NOTE:

You can view switch module information only when the following requirements are met:

  • Switch centralized management is enabled.
  • SNMP is enabled in the switch profile settings.
  • The management network port IP address in the switch profile must be in the same network segment as the MM910 IP address.
  • Switch profiles have been delivered to the slots.

Parameter

Description

Basic Info

Switch Type

Indicates the type of the switch module in the slot.

Work Relation

Specifies the work relationship between a pair of switch modules in slots 2X/3X or 1E/4E.

Value:

  • Stack: The switch modules are stacked and present as one switch for management.
  • Twin: The switch modules are mutually backed up for each other on the dual-plane, that is, the service configuration of the two switches are the same.

Stack State

Values are as follows:

  • Unstacked switch: indicates that the work relation of switch modules is Stack but only one switch module is present, or that the work relation is Twin.
  • Master switch: indicates that the switch module manages the stack.
  • Standby switch: indicates that the switch module is standby and will take over all services from the master switch when the master switch fails.

Health Status

CPU Usage

Indicates the current CPU usage of the switch module. The CPU usage is in red when it exceeds the threshold.

CPU Usage Upper Threshold

Indicates the maximum CPU usage during normal running.

Flash Memory Used (KB)

Indicates the used flash memory capacity.

Memory Usage

Indicates the current memory usage of the switch module. The memory usage is in red when it exceeds the threshold.

Memory Usage Upper Threshold

Indicates the maximum memory usage during normal running.

Flash Memory Remaining(KB)

Indicates the remaining flash memory capacity.
