FC Plane Info

AUTO: The port speed is automatically negotiated.
8Gb/s: The port speed is 8 Gb/s.
10Gb/s: The port speed is 10 Gb/s.

Function

This page allows you to view information about the links on the FC plane of switch modules. Information includes the work mode, port status, and topology information.

NOTE:

The CX320 does not support FC information query.

Section	Parameter	Description
Basic Info	Working mode	Indicates the work mode of the FC plane.
	Time	Indicates the current system time.
	FCoE Data VLAN	Indicates the ID of the FCoE data VLAN. This parameter is available only for the CX311.
Port Status	Physical port	Indicates a physical port on the FC plane.
	Port Type	Indicates the type of a physical port on the FC plane. Values are FC and FCoE.
	Speed	Indicates the speed of a physical port on the FC plane. Values are as follows: AUTO: The port speed is automatically negotiated. 8Gb/s: The port speed is 8 Gb/s. 10Gb/s: The port speed is 10 Gb/s.
	Port Status	Indicates the status of a physical port on the FC plane. Values are Offline and Online.

Topology information: shows the logical networking relationship between switch modules and NICs and between switch modules and storage, as shown in Figure 1. The information is available only when the FC plane working mode is Switch.
