On April 29th, the 2026 xFusion Singapore Partner Conference was successfully held in Singapore. The conference focused on the global digital transformation context and AI industry upgrade opportunities, highlighting the deepening implementation of xFusion's globalization strategy in the Singapore market, and further clarifying the company's long-term development direction of cultivating the local market and working with partners to jointly explore a digital and intelligent future.

The conference brought together over 60 high-level representatives from core strategic partners to engage in in-depth discussions on digital and intelligent development trends, industry opportunities, and ecosystem collaboration. This event was jointly hosted by xFusion Singapore and Intel, with strong support from core distributors VSTECS and Tech Data. Solution partners such as Instadesk and Yonyou were invited to attend, sharing cutting-edge technology trends and industry application practices, fully demonstrating xFusion comprehensive capabilities in the synergistic development of "hardware + software + services" within the regional ecosystem.

Mr. Kareem Liu, CEO of xFusion Singapore Representative Office, used his opening address to define the city-state's role not as a market to be served, but as the International Hub from which xFusion's global strategy radiates.

"This summit marks a new journey for xFusion and our partners to drive Singapore's digital intelligence and build a new pattern of global integrated development," said Mr. Liu.

Through Singapore, xFusion operates a localized, systematic, and technology-driven layout that connects R&D, partner development, and go-to-market execution in a single geography — a structural advantage in a region where proximity to innovation matters as much as proximity to customers.

Jeff Lee, Vice President of xFusion International Business, said Singapore plays a vital role in global digital transformation due to its strategic location, advanced digital ecosystem, dense data center presence, and strong industrial support. He noted that AI is accelerating industrial and social change, making supply continuity, innovation, and reliable service more important than ever. Looking ahead, xFusion will strengthen its R&D, sales, and service capabilities in Singapore, optimize global resources, and build a more resilient supply chain. The company will continue its internationalization and localization strategy, work closely with partners, and use technological innovation to capture AI-era opportunities and support regional digital economy growth.

Ms. Zhou Peiling, Senior Director of International Partner Development and Sales at xFusion, outlined how the partner model is evolving.

"Channel cooperation has moved from simple sales routes to value co-creation," said Ms. Zhou. "We are building a fairer, more transparent, and high-reward incentive system to ensure our partners achieve real growth — in Singapore and globally."

Ms. Zhou detailed xFusion's approach to opening full-stack resources to partners, enabling them to build precise market positions rather than competing on distribution alone.

Mr. Wang Qi, Global Product Solutions Director at xFusion, shifted the conversation from specs to outcomes.

"Our focus extends beyond leading hardware specs," said Mr. Wang. "We are dedicated to providing government and enterprise clients with out-of-the-box solutions that transform computing power into tangible productivity."

Mr. Wang explained how xFusion's next-generation AI computing foundation breaks performance bottlenecks through software-hardware synergy, delivering cost-effective support for enterprise-level Large Language Models — a capability that matters most in markets like Singapore where deployment speed determines competitive advantage.

Mr. Steven Tan, President of R&D Singapore and Global Head of Data and AI at xFusion, delivered the summit's forward-looking session — and the one that clearly explains why Singapore is the hub.

Steven showcased the Open Lab's latest achievements in converting cutting-edge AI research into deployable industry solutions. The Lab positions Singapore as the engine of xFusion's global technology innovation, where continuous R&D and ecosystem integration generate the core momentum for digital upgrades across markets.

It is this R&D presence — not just commercial activity — that elevates Singapore from a regional office to a global capability center.

Intel shared architectural innovations behind its latest Xeon 6 processors, featuring built-in AI accelerators that significantly reduce power consumption and latency for generative AI workloads. As a long-term strategic ally and co-organizer of the summit, Intel's presence reinforced the depth of the technology partnership underpinning xFusion's product roadmap.

The summit moved beyond hardware with live demonstrations from two solution partners — a deliberate signal that xFusion's Singapore ecosystem is maturing beyond infrastructure.

Instadesk demonstrated its AI-powered customer service platform, which breaks language and time-zone barriers to create intelligent closed-loop systems from customer acquisition to retention — built on xFusion's computing foundation to serve businesses expanding globally.

Yonyou showcased its Business Innovation Platform (BIP), which restructures corporate finance and supply chain logic to help enterprises shift from process-driven to data-driven decision-making, powered by xFusion's underlying compute infrastructure.

The 2026 Singapore Partner Summit reinforced xFusion's commitment to Singapore as its International Hub — and to the partners who make that strategy work.

Moving forward, xFusion will continue to deepen R&D investment, expand its partner ecosystem, and strengthen local execution in Singapore, working alongside its partners to capture the opportunities ahead in digital transformation and AI-driven growth. The hub is built. The work continues — together.
