LTD. and its all affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "xFusion", with trademark   ), a manufacturer and distributor of FusionServer® servers, hereby declares that xFusion has not authorized any individual or entity to promote or sell FusionServer® servers and all other xFusion products and services within the territory of Russia.

It has come to our attention that the website https://www.xfusion.ru/ is disseminating false information, alleging to be official xFusion supplier in Russia and offering FusionServer servers for sale in Russia. We categorically denounce such misleading claims and are taking decisive measures to address this issue. Additionally, any other websites or entities purporting to represent xFusion in Russia are engaging in unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to initiate further legal actions against any unauthorized distribution of FusionServer servers and all xFusion products and services in Russia.
