xFusion, TGT, and ICO Group Form Strategic Alliance to Empower GBA Enterprises with AI Private Cloud Solutions

Hong Kong, China – 13 Feb, 2026 – xFusion, Towngas Telecommunications (TGT) and ICO Group have entered into a comprehensive strategic collaboration agreement to jointly develop and deploy AI private cloud solutions for enterprises in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

The alliance brings together complementary strengths across high-performance computing infrastructure, AI application enablement, green data centre capabilities, and integrated IT services. Together, the three parties aim to establish a secure, compliant, and scalable AI private cloud foundation to support enterprise digital transformation across the region.
